Q: What is the length of rental?
A: Rent is on a month to month basis. Rent is due on the same day each month. Seasonal and corporate terms are also available, please contact us for terms and rates.

Q: What are the gate access hours?
A: Security Gate Access is available from 5am to midnight, 7 days a week.  Each customer receives a gate code that should not be shared with anyone. All access is monitored.

Q: Do I need storage insurance?
A: We do not insure your items. Check with your insurance carrier for coverage. Customer storage insurance information is available at the office.

Q: Are there items I can't store in my unit?
A: For everyone's safety, the following items are prohibited
  • No use of electric, kerosene or gas heaters in unit
  • No open flames including camping equipment, cutting torches, kerosene lamps, candles etc.
  • No sanding, spray painting or mechanical work
  • No gasoline, oil, explosives, paints, thinners or other hazardous materials
  • No food or other perishable items
  • No modifications, such as racks, shelves or hooks without owner approval
Q: Do I need my own lock?
A: Yes, you will need to provide your own lock and should keep the unit locked at all times. We sell several different types of locks for your convenience.

Q: What about insects and rodents?
A: Pest control products and traps may be in use. Please attend to the safety of young children and pets.
